About MD/CEO CBIL

Prince Usman Baba Abdulsalam hails from Lafiagi Edu local government area council the northern part of Kwara state from the Ibrahim Halidu ruling House of the lafiagi Emirate.

Studied business Administration at Wisconsin University College Ghana, Broadcast journalism at Abro Media institute Ghana, Financial accounting at Segi University College Malaysia.

Currently studying Law at Baze University Nigeria

I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the marketing industry since 2006 till present.

Carte Blanche innovation has existed ever since I was wise enough to tell right from wrong , I grew up being taken to school while sitting behind the car staring at the window I saw kids my age hawking when they should also be getting educated like me, that prompted me to think of ways to solve the societal problems I saw around me as I grew older I started looking at the major priorities of the society which where shelter, food, transportation and safety. In 2019 I relocated back to Nigeria from South Africa, I had a short term experience in assisting the acting MD/CEO HYPPADEC as his Special Assistant Special Duties, after his tenure, I decided to start up somewhere I registered a dispatch delivery service and operated that till 2021 when I registered Carte Blanche Innovation LTD and we thank God for where we are today at the position of trying to solve societal problems interns of providing every means possible to easy living while also progressing towards bringing innovative solutions to be part of the world problem solvers.

The major core values that has motivated me so far is first of all believing in the Power of the Lord of the Universe knowing he has been the one easing the process of growth for me and then the fact that I believe in myself a product of the Lord almighty knowing I will never accept failure at any point of time and then consistency with all I have been doing mastering the art of patience as patience is a value needed in any position you find yourself in this God given world followed by determination.

The vision for CBIL is to make life easy for the entire world we are working tirelessly to achieve this through our numerous programs, and we have also started expanding with our services through the nation as a whole (Nigeria) after which we are planning to go international as a matter of fact, we have started making efforts to go global starting from Los Angeles, United States

I am a gamer I have always been I also do enjoy music I would say if I never chose setting up a company to focus on the corporate world, I would have been a good rap artist but as God has it, I chose to move towards the business world to make a drastic change needed in the society today.
